If you desire job placement as a camp cook, then a 2 week class is required. The two week course is an elite outdoor cooking course and I recommend this course to anyone seeking an education vacation.

Deposit with application is 50% of tuition and balance due 45 days prior to class unless other special arrangemants are made with the school. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you have any problems, questions, or issues with the "Buy Now" paypal links.

2 week classes

This outdoor cooking class teaches cooking techniques in Dutch ovens, propane ovens, the riley wood stove, over a campfire, and in an earthen pit. We also cover baking breads and sourdough basics. You'll learn menu planning, time saving tips, and cooking for groups of up to 12-14 people. If you want to learn outdoor cooking skills, new recipes and techniques, then this class is for you. I also offer job placement referrals.

4 day classes

These classes are educational mini vacations with cooking lessons on the open fire pit and with dutch ovens. You will also be camping and seeing beautiful scenery on a daily basis.
