outdoor cooking schoolDAY 10:

Today I cooked an elk roast in one Dutch oven and baked a batch of dinner rolls in another. The cooking went pretty good and I feel I'm getting more accustomed to this schedule. I'm also getting used to these Dutch ovens. In between our cooking LeRee is giving us short lectures on why we're doing things a certain way. We learn not only the how, but the why as well. I'm still taking lots of notes.
